About Boyce Care

Founded in 2007, Boyce Care provides high-quality, person-centred support to adults with Autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. We currently support over 70 individuals across Surrey and London, helping people live with dignity, independence and confidence.

We are proud of the long-standing relationships we build. Many of the people we support have been with us for years, and many of our staff have remained with us long-term. This stability creates trust, familiarity and better outcomes.

Our Approach

At Boyce Care, people are at the heart of everything we do. We work from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on abilities rather than limitations.

Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we work closely with families, social workers and healthcare professionals to ensure support remains safe, responsive and tailored to each person’s goals.

We promote autonomy, positive risk-taking and meaningful community engagement, ensuring individuals have a real voice in how they live their lives.

What We Provide

We deliver personalised support including personal care, medication support, community access, healthy living programmes and structured behavioural support where required.

Beyond day-to-day support, we encourage social inclusion through group activities, community partnerships, wellbeing initiatives and structured programmes that build confidence and independence.

Our focus is simple, to support people to live full, active and meaningful lives.
